Our Mission We are committed to providing you quality firearms instruction, emphasizing Safety, Mental and physical preparation and the legal, moral and psychological ramifications from owning and using a firearm.   The Class is based around the NRA Personal Protection in the Home Course  With additional lessons required by Missouri Law (RSMo 571.111) In 8 to 10 hours we cannot make you a marksman, but be can teach you to safely own and operate a firearm and help you come to a conclusion as to whether carrying a concealed weapon is right for you Course Location: Classes will be held in Fulton, Missouri. Fulton is about 20 minutes from Columbia and Jefferson City, 7 miles South of i-70 on Highway 54.   About an hour and a half from St. Louis and two hours from Kansas City The live fire portion of the course will be conducted on a private range just outside City limits.     Instructors The Primary instructors for the Class are Matthew Kuhl and Patrick Bonnot. Matthew is an NRA instructor: Certified Pistol, Personal Protection, and Certified Home Firearm Safety.  He has an undergraduate degree in Psychology along with substantial course work in education.  Additionally he has a graduate degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri.    He is an avid shooter who enjoys teaching others safe and responsible gun ownership and use.        Patrick holds an undergraduate degree in Criminal justice from Central Missouri State university.  He has been an active duty officer with the Jefferson City and  Warrensburg police departments and keeps his skills up through service as a reserve officer in Fulton Missouri.  Additionally Bonnot has a Masters Degree in Public Affairs from the University of Missouri Columbia.
